Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Advanced Practitioner

Imagine Balance

Cam Parliament RMT

I’m Cam Parliament, a Registered Massage Therapist and a Certified Anatomy Trains Structural Integration Practitioner based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

My work is grounded in an understanding of the body as an interconnected myofascial continuum—a living, adaptive network in which structure, movement, and perception arise through relationship. Rather than viewing the body as separate parts, I work with patterns expressed through lines of strain, recognizing that local symptoms often reflect broader relationships within the whole system.

Structural Integration offers a way to engage these patterns in the context of gravity, where posture is understood not as a shape to achieve, but as an ongoing process of organization. Through touch, movement, and perceptual inquiry, the work supports change in the body’s tensegrity relationships, inviting greater differentiation, more efficient load transfer, and a deeper sense of support.

My foundation is in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration, informed by advanced study in ScarWork, BoneWork, Neurovascular Release, and Visceral Manipulation. These perspectives deepen my approach to fascial continuity, structural adaptability, and the relationships between form and function.

I’ve been particularly influenced by the work of Thomas Myers and Sharon Wheeler, whose teachings continue to inform how I listen to the body, read strain patterns, and engage the possibilities for change.

Sessions are collaborative and individualized, often exploring relationships between sleeve and core, patterns of compression and expansion, and the ways longstanding adaptations may shape movement, breath, and balance. The aim is not to impose change, but to support the body in discovering new options for organization.

As these relationships shift, clients often experience greater ease, resilience, sensory clarity, and freedom in movement.

At its heart, this work is an invitation toward a more coherent relationship with gravity, a more responsive fascial system, and a fuller inhabiting of one’s structure.
